Objectives:
Pursue sales leads and achieve sales target for plastic additive products in China market. In addition, support market development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to Senior/Department Manager, coordination with customer services/logistics personnel where necessary, assistance in downstream promotion & trade fair. etc.

Main Tasks:
• Take responsibility for the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales target.
• Secure the existing businesses, and grow the business smartly. E.g consciously develops high potential customers; explore market potential in the dimensions of new customers, new products, and new way of selling.
• Identify and attract new customers, pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.
• Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.
• Be accountable and responsible for pricing and financials for the assigned accounts.
• Be accountable to negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation. Business case, risk management and operations are taken into considerations.
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with respective accounts (all decision-makers) to promote brand value.
• Define the proper business model/channel, manage the business model/channel closely, and review/update the contract timely.
• Actively coordinate within the team and with other functions to meet the business targets.
• Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data (market environment, market trend, industry trend, customer’s new needs, competitors’ pricing and activities), and share with Upstream team to support the whole Upstream team to develop business.

Responsibilities:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemicals
• Working Experience: at least 3 working experience in the international company in the area of business or tech sales
• Good knowledge on Plastics related industry, preferably on plastics additives field.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills.
