Structurally, the encoded protein is reported to be 62745 Da in mass. 2 organisms have orthologs with human gene ZNF100. Among its related pathways are Gene Expression and Herpes simplex virus 1 infection. ZNF100 is related to nucleic acid binding. An important paralog of this gene is ZNF430. ZNF100 may be involved in transcriptional regulation.
