背景信息：

PRR15L (Proline Rich 15 Like) is located on human chromosome 17q21.32. The PRR15L protein is biasedly expressed in duodenum, small intestine and other tissues. Structurally, the encoded PRR15L protein is reported to be 11705 Da in mass. The PRR15L gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. 199 organisms have orthologs with human gene PRR15L. An important paralog of this gene is PRR15.
