背景信息：

分裂蛋白转导素样增强子 (TLE1、TLE2、TLE3、TLE4 和 TLE6) 是黑腹果蝇的哺乳动物同源物 (1)。TLEs 包含多种在蛋白-蛋白相互作用中起作用的 WD 重复序列 (2,3)。TLEs 是转录辅助阻遏因子，可结合诸多转录因子，比如 LEF1、Runx1、Oct-1、肝细胞的核因子 3-β 以及组蛋白 H3 (4-7)。TLEs 在动物发育过程中可以差异表达，且可能具有重叠作用以及不同功能 (8)。
