性质描述:

无色或微紫色结晶。熔点49-50℃，沸点299℃，170℃（2.0kPa），145-148℃（0.67kPa）。溶于醇、醚和苯，不溶于水。能随水蒸气挥发。闪点>110℃。

生产方法:

以邻硝基联苯为原料，经还原而得：将邻硝基联苯、乙醇、氯化亚锡于水浴回流3h，回收乙醇，将剩余物冷却，加入40%液碱使呈强碱性，分出油层，水层用乙醚提取，将提取液用无水氯化钙干燥，过滤回收乙醚，用乙醇洗得粗品，再将粗品减压蒸馏而得成品。

用途:

用作有机合成的原料。制造咔唑树脂，合成橡胶。
