性质描述:

无色或微黄色粘性油状液体。易溶于水、乙酸乙酯、二氧六环、冰醋酸，略溶于醚和戊醇，几乎不溶于苯和氯仿。不稳定，极易吸潮，遇酸、碱，加热均分解。泛酸钠（C9H16NNaO5,[867-81-2]）是无嗅、稍带酸味白色结晶性粉末，熔点121-122℃。

生产方法:

由于泛酸具有很强的吸湿性，难以结晶，所以通常制成钙盐和钠盐。D-泛酸亦天然存在，具有生理活性，其工业生产方法参见泛酸钙条。

用途:

用于饲料添加剂、医药和食品添加剂。泛酸钠也用在饮料加剂方面，但则于吸湿性强，现在改用泛酸。
