性质描述:

无色稳定液体。熔点-49℃，沸点188℃，83℃（1.73kPa），相对密度0.9804（22/4℃），折光率1.4217，闪点69℃，能与多数漆用溶剂、稀释剂及油类混溶，微溶于水。气味温和。

生产方法:

由乳酸与正丁醇酯化而得。酯化反应在硫酸存在下进行，反应结束后经中和、减压蒸馏而得成品。酯化反应也可以在苯或甲苯溶剂中进行。工业品乳酸丁酯的含量≥95%。原料消耗定额：乳酸（80%）1000kg/t、丁醇650kg/t。

用途:

该品为高沸点溶剂，用于天然树脂、合成树脂、香料、油漆、印刷油墨、干洗液、粘结剂。
