性质描述:

无色液体。沸点为47-48α（0.267kPa），相对密度1.1044（27/4℃），折光率1.443（25℃）。溶于乙醚、氯仿、甲氯化碳、苯、二氧六环，不溶于甲醇、乙醇、露置空气中逐渐聚合。

生产方法:

由氰乙酸甲酯经聚合、裂解而得。将氰乙酸甲酯（见24530）和哌啶混合，加入预热至80℃的甲醛中。保温搅拌反应1h，将反应液放入冰水中，经球磨、粉碎、洗涤、干燥得聚2-氰基丙酸甲酯。将其与对苯二酚、五氧化二磷、磷酸三甲酚加入反应锅，保持微负压通入二氧化硫，加热到230℃裂解。裂解产物再加入对苯二酚、五氧化二磷及二氧化硫，减压蒸馏，收集80℃（0.67kPa）馏分，即得2-氰基丙烯酸甲酯。该品需加入0.01%对苯二酚密封保存。

用途:

该品具有片刻聚合的特点，有强大的粘着力，用作胶粘剂和聚合物的单体，可用于皮肤手术切口和新鲜伤口的粘合。
