性质描述: 无色至淡黄色透明液体。沸点135℃(分解),100-110℃(1.33×10-4kPa),相对密度1.3243(20/4℃),折光率1.4987,蒸气压(20℃)为3.33×10-6kPa。易溶于水、丙酮、乙醇、氯仿、正丁醇及许多烃溶剂,微溶于石油醚。在中性及偏酸性介质中较稳定,遇碱易分解,水溶液不能久贮。
生产方法: 可采用异氰酸酯法、先胺解法或后胺解法等。后胺解法是先用三氯化磷、甲醇制成亚磷酸二甲酯,再加入定量硫黄粉后通氨反应得到二甲基硫代磷酸铵,再与氯乙酸甲酯缩合成硫代磷酸酯。然后在低温下与一甲胺进行胺解反应生成氧化乐果原油。后胺解法得到的原油含氧化乐果70%以上,以三氯化磷计收率42%。市售的氧化乐果为40%乳油。原料消耗定额:三氯化磷710kg/t、甲醇490kg/t、氯乙酸甲酯(90%)690kg/t、一甲胺(40%)350kg/t、硫磺155kg/t、液氨110kg/t。
用途: 主要用于防治刺吸式口器害虫,对咀嚼式口器害虫也有效。主要用于棉花、小麦、果树、蔬菜、高梁等作物防治各种蚜虫、红蜘蛛,用于水稻可防治飞虱、蓟马、稻纵卷叶螟等。对于各种蚧虫如柑桔红蜡蚧、桦干蚧等防治效果也很显著。由于氧化乐果抗性系数较小,因此特别适宜防治抗性蚜螨。
